1. Scope of Quotations & Proposals
All commercial proposals, price estimates, and technical specifications provided via website forms or direct communication are subject to final site inspection, dimensional verification, and civil foundation readiness.
2. Installation & Site Readiness
Clients are requested to ensure necessary civil work (such as dock pits, concrete footings, guide channels) and appropriate electrical power supply are available as per technical drawings prior to equipment installation.
3. Product Warranty & Maintenance
Products supplied by RCG Enterprises come with standard manufacturer warranty terms against fabrication and motor defects. Damage resulting from improper operation, physical vehicular impact, or unauthorized mechanical modification is excluded.
4. Intellectual Property
All website content, photographs, logos, brand names, and technical product descriptions are the property of RCG Enterprises. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
